Continue Reading偏遠地區擔保(subclass 187 – direct entry stream – Regional Migration Sponsored Stream)對大學畢業生或有基本工作經驗的人來說是最容易最快速拿到永居的方法﹐目前只有以下要求: 擔保公司需要在偏遠地區﹐例如陽光海岸(Sunshine Coast)或以北, Maroochydore, Toowoomba, Nerang, Pacific Pines, Jimboomba等等; 申請人需要有雅思6﹐或是持有英美加紐等英語國家護照; 擔保公司只需要有年收入$250,000左右﹐并且聘有2,3名兼職澳洲員工; 申請人需要為45歲以下方可遞交申請; 申請人有足夠學歷或工作經驗擔任相關職位。 相比457簽證, 187簽證沒有明文禁止申請人和擔保公司之間有任何親屬關係﹐而且還有以下優勢: 能夠擔保的職位只需要Anzsco Skill Level 3或以上, 不限於MLTSSL及STSOL﹐即是可以擔保零售商店經理 (Retail Store Manager), Childcare Group Leader等普及職位; 真誠職位空缺 (Genuine Position)等審批難度較低; 擔保公司不需要有培訓員工支出; 簽證獲批以後馬上拿到PR﹐不需要數年時間經歷數個申請﹐冒著政策改變的風險。 對於大學畢業生或有工作經驗人士來說﹐雅思6分可能是最困難的要求。我們能夠為您介紹本地雅思教練進行一對一或小組訓練﹐一般來說可以在數個月內將您的雅思成績提升到足夠的水平。 在2018年3月將會面臨重大改革﹐申請人將需要有3年工作經驗方可申請﹐而其他各方面的要求(包括公司和職位方面)將會更為嚴格。到時候大學畢業生將不能夠馬上申請這個簽證﹐而需要經過其他簽証收集到足夠經驗方可申請。
Continue Reading如果您現時持有學生簽證并且符合以下其中一項︰ 曾經有科目不合格﹐或者不能如期完成課程; 獲得學生簽證後轉讀其他課程或大學; 曾經自己辦理學生簽證續簽; 有兩年以上沒有檢查自己的簽證到期日; 您應該盡快利用移民部門的VEVO功能(Visa Entitlement Verification Online)確認自己的簽證到期日。最近有一位客戶忽然發現自己的學生簽證已經過期數個月﹐因為他在讀大學英語基礎課程時比原定計劃多花了一年時間才能畢業﹐但銜接上了大學以後一直沒有辦理延續學生簽證。 在遇到這種情況時您需要馬上聯絡移民律師商討對策。一般來說您應該向移民部門自首﹐并且辦理一個為期2星期的過橋簽證(Bridging Visa E)。跟據您的個人情況﹐您很可能需要先離境後再申請新的學生簽證回到澳洲繼續學業。而由於您曾經逾期居留您將會有三年時間不能申請大部份澳洲簽證﹐所以您需要找移民律師寫一份PIC 4014 Submission申明您的特殊情況并說服澳洲政府讓您回來。 這一份submission需要跟據您的個人資料度身訂做﹐并且引用移民部門內部指引等等。我們有大量成功經驗﹐其中包括逾期居留超過一年的學生。如果您不幸忘記了延續簽證﹐請馬上聯絡我們。
