Bianca Chisari

Bianca is an experienced lawyer and registered migration agent (MARN 1573911). She was born in South Africa (to an Italian father who was raised in Argentina). She moved to Australia in 1998 with her family. They had a useless migration agent and Bianca’s mother had to personally save the application from failure. They came over on a 457 visa but it is not like the 457 we know today, it is more similar to a 188 business innovation visa but with a much lower asset test. She grew up in Australia. Bianca’s multicultural upbringing primed her to work in migration law. Having done much travel Bianca knows just how good of a life Australia has to offer and will work with you to make your Australian dream a reality.

Bianca holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice and a Diploma of German. She is admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of QLD but practices as a registered migration agent.

Ton Chau

Ton was admitted as a solicitor of the Queensland Supreme Court in 2014. He completed his Bachelor of Law in the University of Queensland, before the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in Bond University. Ton has practiced exclusively in migration law. He grew up in Hong Kong and is fluent in Cantonese and English. Ton has called Australia home since 2008. Having been an international student in Australia, Ton faced the same struggles as most migrants like establishing a new friendship circle, finding food that taste like home etc. You’ll find Ton is completely down-to-earth whether he is working with individuals for partner visas or with leading national corporations for employer sponsored visas. Ton has an interest in criminal law and has succeeded in having visas reinstated after they were cancelled due to character problems.

Sebastian Toro

Sebastian Toro, originally from Colombia, came to Australia as an international student. Now, over 15 years later, he holds a Bachelor’s in International Business, a Master’s in Digital Marketing, and a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice.

His own immigration journey included challenges, including a visa refusal later overturned through an appeal led by migration agent and lawyer Bianca Chisari. These trials gave him unique insight into the complexities migrants face. With over nine years’ experience in the migration industry, Sebastian has supported countless students and skilled migrants as they navigate the Australian visa system. His extensive network has connected skilled migrants with Australian companies, creating meaningful opportunities.

As a representative of the Latin American community at the Lord Mayor’s Multicultural Business Round Table, Sebastian is recognized as a trusted advocate within both Latin American and broader Australian communities.

Jason Heal

Jason is a proud Australian, knowing that being born in this beautiful country has afforded him a gift that is not always so easily obtained by others. After graduating in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Psychological Science, he spent over three years in a large migration firm, working side-by-side with thousands of hopeful migrants. This invaluable experience has given him an in-depth and empathetic understanding of what clients go through to secure their future in “the land of opportunity”. Despite not having personally experienced the hardships that can be faced during the migration process, his down to earth approach allows him to help and guide his clients on their correct migration pathway. His motto is “to assist every client as if they were a brother or sister” demonstrating that this is much more than a job, it’s his passion.

Valmor Gomes Morais

Consultant – Brazilian Liason

Valmor was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and came to Australia as a 457 visa holder in 2008. He is qualified to practise law in Brazil and obtained a Masters of Law (LLM) at Queensland University of Technology. Valmor transitioned from a 457 visa into a 186 permanent visa and in 2014 obtained his Australian citizenship. He fully understands how stressful, important and transformative the visa process is. His younger sister has gone from a student visa to a Partner Visa so he can relate to Partner visa applicants as well.

Valmor dedicates his time to advocating for strong Brazilian/Australian business relations and for many years has been a go to person for Brazilians and other South Americans living in QLD. His background in working for large companies, particularly in compliance, makes him perfectly suited for dealing with companies who don’t have time to explain themselves twice and who need someone to understand their business quickly.

Cassandra Parente

Cassandra was born in Australia to British parents and has married into an Italian/ Hungarian family. Having travelled across Europe, Hong Kong, and the UK, she knows firsthand just how much Australia has to offer. Before joining Condor, she worked in Childcare and Secondary Education thus is no stranger to the struggle’s migrants face with international schooling fees, English as second language and integrating into a new culture. Cassandra is a problem solver and life-long learner by nature, having completed 3 bachelor’s degrees, Science (Psychology), Science (Mathematics) and Education (Secondary) she now has her eyes set on a Graduate Diploma of Migration Law and Practice.
