Certificado policial emitido pela Justiça Federal – “Certidão Negativa” ou “Certidão de Distribuição”. e 2. Justiça Estadual, Secretaria de Segurança Pública, Tribunal de Justiça ou Departamento de Policia Civil, dependendo do estado – “Atestado ou Declaração de Antecedentes Criminais”.
