Born in India in a Punjabi family, Navjot completed her Bachelor of IT before moving to Australia in 2015 through the General Skilled Migration (subclass 489, now 491) visa. At that time, awareness about skilled migration pathways in India was quite limited. She was fortunate to have a knowledgeable migration agent who guided her well. She wanted to avoid the uncertainty and high costs often associated with the student visa pathway while still aiming for permanent residency.
After arriving in Australia, she realised that even here, many people are unaware of the wide range of visa options beyond student visas. She met several skilled individuals who could have migrated directly as permanent residents if they had received the right guidance. That experience inspired her to become a migration agent to help others navigate the system with clarity and confidence.
She completed her Graduate Diploma in Migration Law from Victoria University while raising a two-year-old, balancing study, family, job, and responsibility. She prides herself on being honest, approachable, and detail oriented. As a migrant herself, she truly understands the emotional and practical challenges people face. Her goal is simple: to provide genuine advice and help her clients achieve their dreams while putting a smile on their faces along the way.
